Prepainted Steel Coil (color coated steel coil)
1) Steel grade: TSGCC, CGCC, DX51D( Equivalent to EN 10142/10147 DX51D, S250GD, ASTM A653).
2) Base material: Galvanized coil(HDG)
3) Zinc coating: Z60-Z275
4) Paint coating: Normal polyester(PE), or PVC, or PVF, or PVDF
5) Primer: ahout 5 to 7 microns
Top Coated: about10-20 microns. Back coated: about 5- 10 microns.
6) Guage&Size: width: 914-1250mm, Thickness: 0.2-1.2mm
7) Color Sample: RAL9002, RAL9010, RAL8017, RAL3005, etc.
8) Weight coil: 5-6 ton, ID508MM or ID 610mm.
9) Quantity: 1000 tons (20 MT min. as a trial order)
10) Shipment: Within 45 days after the receipt of L/C or deposit.
